All participants will need a USA Lacrosse membership ($30) for insurance purposes. Follow link below to USA Lacrosse membership page. After acquiring or renewing the USA Lacrosse membership, proceed to Step 2 for your grade level.

There is no fee to sign up for high school JV. Once we have reached enough registrations for a team, the registration fee will be calculated and collected by hand. Assume roughly $150.
