NW Sportshub - All Teams Skill Day Format (February 9, 17, 19, 23, & 24, 2026)

  

• 4:00PM – 4:15PM Warmup running and stretch as one unit
• 4:15PM – 5:35PM Stations (20 min per)
• 5:35PM – 6:00PM Conditioning with your team. 

Chehalis Middle School - All Teams Skill Day Format (Tuesdays March - April 2026)

  

• 5:00PM – 5:15PM Warmup running and stretch as one unit
• 5:15PM – 6:30PM Stations (15min per)
• 6:30PM – 6:45PM Conditioning with your team.
