Chehalis Middle School - All Teams Skill Day Format (Tuesdays March - April 2026)
- 5:30PM – 5:45PM Warmup running and stretch as one unit
- 5:45PM – 6:50PM Stations (15'ish min per)
- 6:50PM – 7:00PM Conditioning with your team.
